Garbanzo Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
1 canned tuna
1 can garbanzo beans
1 cucumber, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
¼ cup parsley
1 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt & pepper

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix very well.
  2. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper to season.
  3. Enjoy!

*You can eat this salad on a bed of greens or with tostadas

Avocado Egg Sandwich

Ingredientes:
2 eggs
1 avocado
¼ cup red onion
Cilantro, finely chopped
Salt & pepper
2 slices of whole wheat bread

Method:

  1. Boil the eggs in water for 3 minutes and peel them.
  2. In a bowl mash the eggs with the avocado. Add the cilantro, onion and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Take the bread and assemble the sandwich.

Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 banana
½ cup blueberries
2 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop of vanilla organifi protein
1 cup of water

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix very well until smooth consistency.

Tahini and Veggie Toast

Tahini paste:
1 ½ tbsp tahini
1/2 lemon juice
Salt
Garlic powder, to taste

Toast:
¼ cucumber
¼ bell pepper
¼ Carrot
Dash parsley, finely chopped
Olive oil, to taste
1 slice whole wheat bread

Method:

  1. In a bowl mix the tahini, lemon juice, sand and garlic powder to make the paste.
  2. Spread it over a slice of bread and add the veggies on top.
  3. Drizzle the toast with olive oil.

¼ cup red onion
1 serrano pepper
Bunch of parsley
