Los parfaits de yogur con proteína son una de mis opciones favoritas para meal prep porque son fáciles de hacer, deliciosos y me mantienen satisfecha por horas. Cada receta tiene proteína, grasas saludables y fibra, lo que los hace un desayuno súper balanceado. Además, los puedes preparar con anticipación y guardarlos en el refrigerador para tener el desayuno listo en segundos.

Para estas recetas, uso la proteína de EQUIP, porque es la más limpia del mercado. Tiene pocos ingredientes, la textura es increíble y sabe delicioso. También utilizo estos jars de Amazon, perfectos para meal prep—tienen el tamaño ideal, son súper estéticos y vienen con sus propias cucharas. ¡Aquí te dejo mis recetas favoritas!

1. Parfait de Manzana y Canela

Este parfait es como un pay de manzana en un frasco. La combinación de yogur cremoso, canela, pasas dulces y manzana crujiente lo hacen un desayuno reconfortante y delicioso.

Ingredientes:

  • 1 taza de yogur griego
  • 1 scoop de proteína EQUIP de vainilla
  • ½ manzana en cubos
  • 1 cda de pasas
  • ½ cdita de extracto de vainilla
  • 1 cdita de miel

Si te encanta el matcha, este parfait es una manera cremosa y energizante de empezar el día. Su sabor suave y terroso combina perfecto con la vainilla, fresas y pistaches, ¡además está cargado de antioxidantes!

  • 1 cdita de miel (ajustar al gusto)

Este parfait es el equilibrio perfecto entre antojo y nutrición. Sabe a postre, pero está lleno de nutrientes para empezar el día con energía.

  • 1 cda de crema de cacahuate
