Ingredientes<\/strong>
Tortilla crudivegana o Hojas grandes de col<\/p>\n

Salsa<\/strong>
El jugo de 1\/2 lim\u00f3n
1\/2 taza de nuez de la india
1 diente de ajo
1 cucharadita de polvo de chipotle
1 cucharadita de sazonador multiusos (vegano)
1\/4 de taza de agua<\/p>\n

Relleno<\/strong>
1\/2 calabacita
1 hongo portobello
Tamari o salsa de soya baja en sodio
1\/2 chile morr\u00f3n
1\/2 zanahoria
3 cucharadas de pico de gallo
1\/4 de taza de col morada<\/p>\n

M\u00e9todo<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Exprime el lim\u00f3n. Lic\u00faa el jugo con el resto de los ingredientes de la salsa.<\/li>\n
  2. Corta la calabacita, el hongo, los morrones, la zanahoria y la col en cubos o tiras.<\/li>\n
  3. Cubre la tortilla con la salsa y agrega todos los ingredientes del relleno.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
