Protein-packed yogurt parfaits are one of my go-to meal prep options because they’re easy to make, delicious, and keep me full for hours. Each recipe is loaded with protein, healthy fats, and fiber, making them a balanced way to start your day. Plus, they can be prepped in advance and stored in the fridge, so breakfast is ready in seconds.
